Jeremy Presley

Principal / Operations Manager

Jeremy joined MTI in 2001, the same year he graduated from THE Boise State University.  He started as a marketing assistant and quickly moved up the ladder to Marketing Coordinator.  Advancement is quick when those above you move.  Jeremy helped grow MTI’s market share in the Treasure Valley, as well as throughout the Northwest, during that time.  Apparently, he needed more adventure in his life than finding the next project and joined the US Air Force to become a pilot for the Idaho Air National Guard.

Upon his return to MTI two years later, he took the position as Director of Business Development, which was just a better title for doing the same job he had done before.  He continued to work closely with MTI’s regional offices to help them expand their client base, as well as overseeing Construction Service’s estimating.  Jeremy continued to take extended vacations to fly for the IANG, while balancing his time with MTI.  After returning from one of these vacations, he filled the position of Operations Manager and Boise Construction Services Manager.  He has now separated from the IANG, but has found new MTI activities to substitute for the vacation times.

In Jeremy’s spare time he stays busy playing on local rec leagues in any sport that will take him.  He enjoys riding his fleet of motorcycles, wakeboarding, and hunting.  In all this, he even finds time to spend with his lovely wife, son, and daughter.
